The Maisonette

    

This unique maisonette is situated in the village of Siviri, on the first peninsula of Halkidiki, also known as Kassandra. It is part of a well maintained complex with manicured gardens and a turquoise swimming pool. The private front terrace is always breezy and the magnificent view, gives you the feeling of being on a boat!
The house provides everything you need for a perfect summer holiday, including 2 air-conditions. It consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms and a spacious open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and a dishwasher.
You will be having full access to the complex swimming pool for endless hours of family fun and relaxation!

The Neighborhood

Siviri is a lively beach village, ideal for your summer holidays! The endless sandy beach accompanied by a long pedestrian street provide a relaxing, yet safe sunny experience to its visitors. Needles to say that you will never stay hungry, or thirsty due to the endless choices of restaurants and bars in the village. The location of Siviri is perfect for short or longer day trips to the villages next by, such as Fourka, Afytos, Posidi, Kalithea and the list goes on! Last but now least, remember to visit Seavery water sports center, where you can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, SUP, surfing and all kinds of fun activities in the sea!

Everything is within a short walk distance! Still if you chose to move around by car, you will always find free street parking around the house, and in the center of Siviri.

Upon request we can organize transfers from and to the airport of Thessaloniki.
