The Guest House

   

A breezy summer house, consisting of two apartments with one bedroom, and one apartment with two bedrooms. The house is situated within a huge olive garden, very close to the sea! Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, self service washing machine, internet, free parking, and a terrace. Perfect for summer relaxation full of sun and sea!

 

Two-Bedroom Apartment
The apartment is 70sq/m. It consists of two bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a separate shower cabin, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious fridge and all utensils necessary for cooking, is available. There is a sofa bed for one more person in the living-room. The apartments can host up to five guests.
 

One-Bedroom Apartments
The size of the one bedroom apartments is 35sq/m. They are on the ground floor and consist of a bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom, front and backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a spacious fridge and all utensils necessary for cooking. There is an extra bed in the living-room for two more guests. One bedroom apartments are suitable for families with children due to the direct access to the garden

The Neighborhood

The coastal village of Fourka is situated on the west side of the first finger of Halkidiki, only 100km from Thessaloniki. It is a modern settlement with convenient facilities. The sandy coastline is 2km long, with beach-bars and water sports facilities, as well as, more quiet spots for relaxation and sunbathing! The sunset from the beach is breathtaking! In the village one can find various taverns with exceptional seafood, pizza restaurants, snack bars with the famous Greek gyros, and super markets for needed supplies.
