The Apartments

 

We will be glad to be your hosts in our unique two-bedroom apartments and make your dream vacation come true!
 

We offer two apartments, they are identical and consist of a terrace with a fantastic sea view, an open plan kitchen-living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. A large fenced yard serves as a space for relaxation/playtime, and includes dedicated parking spots. Very close to the sea and the famous hotel Mendi, where you can use the pool and kids corner just by purchasing a drink.

Lets start from the terrace and the fantastic sea view that you will enjoy from there. Outdoor dining furniture, as well as, a couple of sunbeds offer extra comfort to our guests.

The open plan kitchen-living room creates a spacious and practical environment. You can gaze at the sea from the comfortable furniture of the lounge, or cook a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The front bedroom has a double bed and a sea view and the back bedroom has a double bed and a forest view.

The Neighborhood

​

Mendi is located on the South-West part of the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, Kassandra. It is a quiet region where the forests reach the sea. The closest beach is Mendi (around 300m from the house) and one can chose to set an umbrella at a quiet spot, or use the facilities of Hotel Mendi simply by purchasing a drink. Also a great starting point to explore beaches and villages nearby. The nearest settlement is the picturesque village of Kalandra, yet there are many more hidden gems, such as Mola Kaliva, Nea Skioni, and Posidi.

 

Extras

In order to enjoy your stay in our apartment, we suggest that you have a car, or motorbike. The beach and hotel are within a 5 minute walk. The closest super market is in Kalandra, which is around 3 km from the property.
