The Condo

This apartment is designed to host you and your loved ones, and treat you all like royals!
Lets start by pointing out the actual size, which is more than 200sq/m. All the furniture and equipment is brand new, including the kitchen, heating, various TV screens around the house, as well as, the spa facilities.
The hot tub, steam bath and sauna are the ultimate apres ski experience! They are all spacious and modern and will add an extra touch of relaxation to your holiday. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a shower massage tower in the bathtub.
The glass lounge is furnished with extra comfy sofas and combined with a huge 75 inch flat screen, and will definitely make you feel like movie stars! Yet, you can chose to gaze at the stars, or the falling snow through the glass ceiling.
Three bedrooms, all furnished with style and care, promise a good night sleep. One of them is equipped with a working station, including a desk, a comfortable chair and a 32inch flat screen.
Last but not least is the large patio, with a built in barbecue ready to embrace your festive meals!

The Neighborhood

​

The closest store for supplies is right next door. The center of Bansko is 5 minutes walking, as for the walking distance to the gondola you should estimate to be there within a 15min walk.

​

The house is situated very close to the old town. One parking spot in a secured underground parking is provided, as well as a EV charger. If you chose street parking it is free of charge, safe and easy to find.
